Late cancellation fees?

We want to make sure that everybody’s appointments are serviced by the best cleaning professionals possible. It takes us time to find the right home cleaning professional for you. This is why we ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made the day of your appointment will incur a 100% charge.

Do I need to provide equipment and supplies?

Our cleaners do not supply their own cleaning products or equipment unless specified in the notes or at the time of booking. Most of our clients prefer to use the cleaning substances used in their homes. NB: for health and safety reasons, bleach is a prohibited substance.

Am I tied into a contract?

We prioritise fairness and simplicity, which is why we avoid long and complicated contracts. While we do have terms and conditions, they are easily accessible in the Terms and Conditions section of our website. If you need to cancel a regular clean, we simply ask for one weeks notice, so your cleaner will know in advance.

How many hours should I book for?

The amount of time needed depends on the size of your home, the number of rooms, their contents, and the level of cleaning required. the choice is yours. You may prefer fewer or more hours, and you can prioritize which rooms and tasks should be completed.
